Planning for Successful Technology Adoption

You will learn how to turn a promising solution into a realistic plan by identifying what it will take to finalize your decision, implement the tool, drive adoption, and support it over time. Also learn how to clearly communicate the plan, timeline, and resource needs to leadership or funders.
