With a career spanning education, software engineering, and data science, Heather creates tools that make organizations more transparent, efficient, and fair.

After a decade leading nonprofit education programs, she has spent the last 10 years in software engineering. In her engineering roles, she led teams turning complex analysis into actionable products and applied technology and systems thinking to boost efficiency for non-technical teams, focusing on clarity and measurable outcomes.

Now she’s co-creating a company built on one principle: when people can see their systems clearly and have the right tools, they can create greater impact.
